Client Confidentiality Policy

Your privacy and the confidentiality of your corporate information is paramount.  Without exception, our coaching client relationships are kept in strictest confidence. Even client references are provided only with written permission.

Our adherence to this strict confidentiality policy allows our clients to discuss and develop sensitive financial issues concerning their organization with the help of expert counsel.  Our coaching practice and environment are free from any concerns for personal or political implications.

While we can meet at a site of your greatest convenience, it need not be at your corporate offices.

There is no need to expose the nature of our relationship to any party inside or outside the company.  All invoices are issued by Western Management Associates with no reference to coaching.
